摘要
在20L球形粉尘爆炸装置中,对TNT粉尘爆炸压力发展过程进行了研究,主要讨论了浓度、粒度对其最大爆炸压力(pm)及最大压力上升速率((dp/dt)m)的影响;同时,理论建模对不同粒度、浓度、湍流度等情况下压力发展进行了研究,发现与实验基本吻合.
In the paper, the pressure development of TNT dust explosion is studied in a 20 liter spherical apparatus for dust explosion. The influence of dust concentration and particle diameter on maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise are discussed. A study of pressure development at different particle diameter, concentration and turbulence by numerical modeling is also made, which shows to be agreed with the experiments.
