摘要
大肠杆菌是人及各种动物肠道中的正常寄居菌,食物或水中大肠杆菌的检出即意味着直接或间接的近期粪便污染。在检测原理和步骤、适用范围以及检测结果等方面对两种常规的大肠菌群检测方法作了对比研究。
E.coli is naturally found in the intestinal tracts of all wann-blooded animals, including humans. The presence of E. coli in food or water becomes accepted as direct or indirect indicator of recent fecal contaminations. The comparison was made between multiple-tube fermentation technique and membrane filtering technique, in their respective detective principles and methods, application conditions as well as test results.
