清洁生产和循环经济评价指标体系在规划矿区中的应用

从清洁生产技术、末端治理技术和废物回用技术3个层面确立规划矿区清洁生产和循环经济评价指标体系;根据规划矿区的特点,从资源和能源消耗、生产技术及产品特征、污染物控制、资源综合利用和环境管理能力等不同层面对规划矿区各作业环节的清洁生产和循环经济措施进行了探讨。

Through the analysis on cleaner production technique, end-of-pipe treatment technology and waste source reclamation method, the evaluation index system of cleaner production and recycle economy in planned mining area was established. According to the characteristics of the mining area, the detailed cleaner production and recycle economy approaches for all working links in the mining area were discussed from the different aspects, such as consumption of resource and energy, production process and product characteristics, pollutants controlling, resource utilization and environmental management ability.
