清河水源涵养生态功能保护区规划研究

对清河水源涵养生态功能保护区的自然环境、社会经济发展情况和环境质量进行了现状调查,分析了生态功能保护区建设的有利和不利因素,确定了保护区的发展目标,在此基础上开展了清河水源涵养生态功能保护区建设规划,确定生态功能分区和生态建设的主要任务及保障措施。

The investigation on natural environment, society economic development and environmental quality of the Qinghe Ecological Function Conservation was carried out, the favorable and unfavorable factors of the protection area construction were analyzed, the development goals were established as well, and then the construction planning of Qinghe Conservation was carried on, the main tasks and guarantee measures on ecological function regions and ecology construction were put forward.
