阐述了区域清洁生产的内涵和实施优势,分析了当前区域清洁生产推动中信息、政策、体制等方面的不足,通过介绍天津经济技术开发区的清洁生产实践,对推动区域清洁生产提出了建议和对策。
The connotation and advantages of regional cleaner production was set forth, and the deficiencies of the current regional cleaner production in promoting information, policy, institutional and other aspects were analyzed. By introducing the cleaner production practices of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, proposals and countermeasures were given for promoting regional cleaner production.
