摘要
采用绩效法制订电力行业二氧化硫减排计划,并将该方法应用于辽宁省,为完成辽宁省二氧化硫减排指标提供了理论支持。
By using performance method in the electric power industry, the reduction plan for sulfur dioxide emissions is worked out, and the method is adopted in Liaoning province. It provided a theoretical support to complete sulfur dioxide emissions reducing in Liaonlng.
