完善城镇住房保障制度的基本构想——以安徽省芜湖市为例

Consideration to Perfect the Urban Housing Security System——A Case Study of Wuhu City in Anhui

建立和完善城镇住房保障制度关系到改革发展与稳定的大局,意义十分重大。采用综合分析的视角,将理论与实际相结合,以安徽省芜湖市的住房情况为例,对现行城镇住房保障制度的实施现状及存在的不足分别进行了分析研究;并在此基础上,提出了完善芜湖市城镇住房保障制度的基本构想。

To establish and perfect urban housing security system concerns the reform, development and stability, involves the vital interests whether the people could live and work in peace and contentment, concerns the smooth promotion of the monetary reform of housing, and the process of setting up the new system of the house ; it is of great significance. It is not only the benevolent projects of the governments at all levels, but also the masses of common people＇s project. The essay analyzes urban housing security system with integrated analysis from theory to reality, taking Wuhu in Anhui as an example. Meanwhile, the current situations of implementation and existing shortcomings have been analyzed and researched respectively. On this basis, it proposes a series of policy suggestions to perfect security system of urban house in Wuhu in Anhui.
