摘要
如何使用科学的方法加强对电子政务网站的评价,已经成为电子政务网站建设中一个非常重要的焦点问题。论文提出一个基于模糊认知图的电子政务网站评价系统,把众多影响网站效能的相互联系的因素综合起来考虑,以得到更为科学的评价结果,同时系统具有较好的兼容性和扩展性。
It is an important focal problem how to evaluate the E-Government website by the scientific measure. An evaluation system for E-Government website based on Fuzzy Cognitive Map is researched in this paper. It considers many relational factors that are influence the efficiency of E-Government website to get the scientific evaluation result. And, it is provided with the good compatibility and expansibility.
