Development and Standardization of NTRU

论文主要介绍了NTRU目前的标准化进程和应用进展。标准化方面,主要介绍了基于美国IEEE标准化组织专门针对NTRU的标准P1363.1/D9,侧重介绍其中基于LLL算法的网格攻击和基于Odlyzko的碰撞搜索算法的组合攻击的破解效率,以及其后将两种攻击结合的新算法的破解效率[8]。文中给出在这些攻击基础上,一定安全参数条件下对应的主要参数选取。应用进展方面,侧重于近年来NTRU公司开发的产品和待发展的项目。

This paper mainly describes the development and standardization of NTRU at present. As for the standardization, the main content is based on NTRU＇s standard P1363.1/D9 aimed at by American IEEE standardization organization. This paper focuses on the efficiency of lattice attack based on LLL and Meet-in-the-middle attack, and the efficiency of a new attack mixing the two above attacks together. Besides, this paper also gives the chosen parameter according to these attacks. The application development lay special emphais the products and the developing projects in NTRU company.
