摘要
提高高等教育质量是"十一五"时期我国教育的"三大任务"之一。提升地方本科院校的教学质量,首先要贯彻理解新世纪人才标准,其次要明确教学的中心地位,第三是加强教师队伍建设,同时还要不断推进教学改革,这几项是提高教学质量的不可少的工作。
Improving teaching quality of university is one of the three big tasks in education during the eleventh five - year program. Starting from definiting the center status of teaching, furthering teaching reform and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, the article discusses how to imsprove the teaching quality of iocal university.
