On the Community-based Economic Law

法律本位是指法的基本理念、基本目的。经济法的法律本位是以社会为基础的,将社会公共利益作为其法益目标,以社会公平为社会公共利益的核心,合理分配社会资源,维护经济、社会的可持续发展,所以经济法具有社会本位性。

The legal standard is fingering the basic concepts, basic purpose. Legal standard of economic law is based on society, and regards social and pubhc interests as its objective of benefit to the community, takes social justice as the core of public interest so as to make reasonable distribution of social resources, maintain the economic and social sustainable development. So economic law is the community -based law.
