The Evaluate System of Government Websites in China

本文分析了我国政府网站建设的现状,指出其缺乏科学的指标体系来指导和规范。进尔结合实际情况提出了一个比较适合我国政府网站发展水平的评价方法——层次分析法:政府网站的评价指标体系设计为三级指标体系,建立递阶层次模型,并根据彼此的相对重要性赋予相应的权重,计算出网站的评价分值,给出评价的具体实施办法。

The aim of this article is to evaluate the availability of Chinese government website. So the article starts from analyzing the present situation and problem of Chinese government website and points out that the level of our government website is still in elementary step because it lack of guideline system. And then, the article analyzes the fundamental, method, guideline system and process to evaluate the availability of government website. The author inquires into the merits and the defects of many types of government website guideline system, point out that the guideline system of our government website should be give attention to the actual situation of our country. Based on layer analysis method, analyzing kinds of evaluation measures on websites, established the government website evaluation method and system. By that means, we can carry this guideline system into execution and use it for reference when we build a government website.
