摘要 本文设计并实现了一种新型的宽频带信号发生器。系统以单片机AT89S52和芯片MAX038为控制核心,由D/A转换器TLC5615、中文字库液晶显示块、放大电路和大功率调整等电路组成。通过4×4键盘输入给定值,由芯片MAX038产生波形与频率,再由CAT5113设定幅值,最后用中文液晶显示输出的幅值和频率。该信号发生器的突出特点是:输出频率范围宽(1Hz~1.2MHz),可实现输出频段的选择和实时调控,提高了输出波形的频率精度。 A new kind of wide bandwidth signal generator is designed and implemented in this paper. The system is based on SCM-AT89S52 and MAX038, comprising D/A transform chip TLC5615, LCD, amplifying circuit and high-power adjustment circuit etc. When a value is input by the 4× 4 keyboard, waveform and frequency are generated from the chip MAX038, which the value is enacted by the chip CAT5113, finally the value and the frequency will be displayed on the LCD in Chinese. The characteristic of this signal generator is wide-bandwidth frequency output (1 Hz-1. 2 MHz), achieving the segment select and real time adjust of frequency output and heightening the precision of frequency output.
