柳钢4#高炉生产中大钟坠落事故及其处理

THE FALL OF THE BIG CLOCK IN THE PRODUCTION OF NO.4 BLAST FURNACE OF LIUZHOU IRON AND STEEL GROUP CO. AND ITS SOLUTION

柳钢４＃高炉大钟突然坠落炉内并熔化掉，因无备件，采取小钟单钟上料维持生产，安装大钟时采用简易方法，开炉后很快生产，减少了事故的损失。本文介绍了这次事故及处理过程。

The big.clock of No. 4 blast furnace in Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co. fell suddenly and melted. Because of no reserve parts, a small clock is taken to sustain the production instead of it. A simple way is used when the big clock is installed. It restores to the usual production after opening the furnace, which reduces the loss of the accident. This accident and how to solve the problem are explained in this paper.
