摘要
应用有限元分析理论对钢板仓桥架(栈桥、井架、支架的统称)结构在各种工况下的受力情况进行三维分析,得到钢板仓桥架结构的受力、变形图,分析显示,垂直栈桥方向的侧向风荷载对桥架的作用明显大于平行栈桥方向的横向风荷载对桥架的作用,因此,垂直栈桥方向的侧向风荷载在钢板仓桥架结构的设计中是不容忽视的。
The stress and deformation pattem of the overhead bridge (the general term of loading bridge, headframe and support) of steel silos under various working conditions are obtained through a three - dimensional analysis of the over- head - bridge structure with the method of finite element analysis (FEA). Result show that the effect of lateral wind load on the vertical headframe and support of the overhead bridge is evidently higher than that on the horizontal loading bridge, therefore the lateral wind load on the vertical part of the overhead bridge can not be ignored in the structural design of the steel- silo overhead bridge.
