摘要
以Na2S和Na2S2O4进行强化浮选,能明显改善碳酸锰细泥的可浮性,分别可使纯矿物产率提高19%和6%。理论研究结果表明,Na2S和Na2S2O4与碳酸锰矿物的作用实质是S2-置换CO2-3,并在矿物表面及次表层形成Mn-S-Mn近似硫化矿的矿物表面结构,促进和增强了捕收剂的吸附以及矿物的分选效果。
The floatability of manganese carbonate slime can be improved significantly and the output of pure product can be increased to 19% and 6% respectively by using Na2S and Na2S2O4. The results of a theoretical study show that the reaction between Na2S and Na2S2O4 with manganese carbonate is replacement of CO2-3 by S2-, and a surface structure Mn-S-Mn similar to sulphide forms on the surface and secondary superficial coat of the mineral takes form. It can promote and strengthen the absorption of the collector and the separation of the mineral.
