摘要
研究了以2-(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(3,5-diBr-PADAP)作显色剂,OP 为表面活性剂的胶束增溶分光光度测定微量铋的新方法.确定了显色测定的最佳条件,测得络合物组成比为1:2,最大吸收在590nm 波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.03×10~5,铋量在0~100μg/25ml 范围内遵守比尔定律,该络合物具有可萃性,方法简便,灵敏而准确,适用于电解铜、纯镍和纯铝等金属材料中微量铋的测定.相对标准偏差≤7.3%。
A new simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of microamounts of bismuth has been studied.The optimum conditions for the colour reaction were established.The absorption maximum of the complex is at 590nm,with a molar absorptivity of 1.03×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The molar ratio of Bi:3,5-diBr-PADAP is 1:2.Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0-100μg/25ml.for bismuth.Relative standard deviation is 7.3%.The complex is extractable to some or- ganic solvents.The present method has been applied to the determination of bismuth in pure metals,such as copper,nickel and aluminium with satisfactory results.
