摘要
利用 EDTP 与铜螯合迅速并显深蓝色和高选择性的特点,建立了 EDTP 测定铜的流动注射分光光度法.测定 pH 为4.5,检测波长为655nm,测定范围为1×10^(-4)～2×10^(-3)mol/L,进样体积50μl,采样频率为120次/h.应用本法,不用分离和掩蔽直接测定了铅合金、铜合金和锌合金中常量的铜,结果满意。
A new method for the determination of copper with ethylenediamine tetrapropionic acid by flow injection spectrophotometric method is established.The linear range was founded to be 0.1-2mmol/ml,and the sampling frequency was 120/h without separation.The method was applied to determine copper in alloys with good results.
