经济转型前后30年,我国医疗事业都有飞速发展。经济转型前30年,我国的医疗服务体系是国际上效率最好、医疗最公平的国家。经济转型后30年,我国医疗失去了公平,效率降低,医患关系危急,关键是医生劳务价值和医疗劳务收费项目价格背离。

During 30 years before and after Chinese economic transition, health care has experienced rapid development. In the past 30 years before economic transition, health system in China was the most efficiency and most equity health system. In the current 30 years after economic transition in China, the equity and efficiency of health system was decreased, hospital patient relationship tensed. The core causes was the gap between the value of doctors＇ work and the fee charge of medical services.
