为了妥善化解日益增长的医疗纠纷,有必要探索建立医疗纠纷的调解机制,针对医疗纠纷的特性和复杂性,选择第三方调解模式,对加快解决医疗争议、化解医疗纠纷收到较好的效果。
To defuse the increasing medical dispute, medical dispute adjustment mechanism was necessity. According to the complexity medical dispute, the third part adjustment mechanism could solve medical dispute on time and effectiveness.
