摘要
对军队医院医疗保险管理现状进行了详细分析,就如何做好医疗保险管理、完善工作流程等提出了一些新思路和新做法。认为军队医院应当主动适应医疗保险制度改革的要求,立足以人为本、科学发展,通过优化重组相关工作流程,完善内部管理机制,强化质量保障和监控系统,有效控制医疗费用增长,提高医疗服务质量,为构建和谐医患关系,推动医疗保险制度改革不断深入做好基础工作。
Based on status analysis of medical insurance in military hospital, new thoughts and practice as well as medical insurance management and redesigning process were presented. Military hospital was considered to fit for medical insurance reform actively, guiding by human based and scientific development view to reform medical process and internal mechanism, strengthen quality security and surveillance system, control medical expenditure growth and improve medical quality to building harmonious patient hospital relationship and promote medical insurance reform.
