摘要
新疆八钢高炉(300m^3级)喷煤投产后的最初一年多时间里,喷煤一直不太正常,煤比徘徊在40~50kg/t。针对生产中存在的问题,1996年对喷煤系统进行了技术改造,并采用烟煤与无烟煤混合喷吹、强化富氧喷煤高炉操作和加强喷煤的管理等措施,使煤比逐步提高,最高月平均煤比达到了96.8kg/t。
Bayi Steel's blast furnace pulverized coal injection had been abnormal during the first one year after blow-in,the coal injection rate ranged from 40 to 50 kg/tHM.The coal injection works was reformed in 1996 in light of existing problems,several measures were adopted such as injecting the mixed coal of bituminous and anthracite, enriching blast with oxygen, and strengthening the blast furnace operation and the coal injection management. The pulverized coal injection rate of 96.8 kg/tHM was achieved in July 1996.
