摘要
从高炉开炉、停炉及处理炉缸冻结等方面探讨了高炉操作中的几个技术问题。作者认为:高炉开炉后的顺行与否和是否填充木柴无关,第一次出铁时间应以熔融的物料量来决定;高炉停炉过程中应重点控制的是煤气中氧气的含量而不是氢气的含量;处理炉缸冻结时可参照国外的有关经验。
A few problems on blast furnace blow-in ,blow-out and how to treat hearth freeze-up are discussed. The author considers that the hearth is filled with firewood or not has no relation to the blast furnace condition after BF blow-in and the first tapping time should be determined by the smelting burden Volume, the oxygen content should be emphatically controlled instead of hydrogen ,some foreign experiences on treating hearth freeze-up can be for our reference.
