摘要
针对非洲国家安哥拉共和国罗安达市城市电网存在的诸多问题,如电网结构薄弱、电能质量较差、线损过高等,提出了后期改造期间应采取的主要技术对策。强调了要重点考虑调度自动化、配网自动化、变电站自动化的建设。
The paper puts forward some technical countermeasures ought to be adopted at the renovation stage in view of the problems existing at electrified wire netting in Luanda city of Angola in Africa such as weak structure of electrified wire netting, low quality of energy and high line loss. It stresses that the construction of automatization of dispatch, distribution network and distribution substation should be considered pivotally.
