摘要
通过几种同轴氧煤枪以及鼓风富氧、不富氧单煤枪的喷吹煤粉燃烧试验研究得出:与鼓风富氧单煤枪相比,采用氧煤枪有较高的煤粉燃烧率,其中四枪有更高的煤粉燃烧率;因氧煤枪前有明显的降温现象,所以当风温低于900℃时,不利于煤粉的燃烧;采用氧煤枪时,风口半径中部的煤粉燃烧率和CO+CO^2值要比风口中心的高。
By pulverized coal combustion experiment using oxygen-coal lances and coal lance with or without blast enriched with oxygen,the following results are obtained:the coal burn-out rate is higher using oxygen-lances than using coal lances,the pulverized coal injected by concave oxygen-lance has the highest burn-out rate, the temperature drop in front of oxygen-coal lances or coal lances is apparent,the pulverized coal injected by oxygen-coal lances can not burn out fully when the blast temperature is under 900℃,the coal burn-out rate and the CO+CO2 value at the mid-radius of tuyere in the axial direction is higher than at the centre.
