摘要
在武钢二制粉仓式泵扩容改造工程中,用新工艺和新材料制成的15m^3仓式泵取代了原8m^3CD型仓式泵。在新型仓式泵中,增设了气体流化漏斗、按喷吹罐的控制方式配置供气管路、利用微孔烧结板制作大面积流化床,并且采取了多种旨在增加设备结构强度的措施。新型仓式泵系统投产后,运行指标良好,与改造前相比,输送能力提高2倍以上,输送耗气量减少约50%。
The CD bin-type pump with volume of 8 m3 was replaced by a new bin-type pump with volume of 15 m3 developed with new technology and new material in the volume-expanding transformation project of bin-type pump at the No.2 Pulverization Workshop of WISGCO. A gas fluidization funnel was added in the new system. The air supplying pipeline was configurated according to the way of controlling the injecting tank.The large area fluidized bed, was manufactured with a microporous sintered plate and many measures were taken to increase the structure strength of equipment. After the new bin-type pump system went inte production, the capacity of conveying powder increased by more than twice and the consumption of gas dereased by 50%.
