毛绒布制玩具新标准九月实施

New Standard for Plush and Cloth Toys to Get Effective in September

从1993年已执行了十几年的《毛绒、布制玩具安全与质量》国家标准目前已经修订完成,由强制性国家标准修订为推荐性国家标准,新标准GB/T9832-2007《毛绒、布制玩具》将从今年9月1日起实施,它从产品性能、质量的角度规范了毛绒、布制玩具生产和销售。本文作者是上海方圆玩具检验所的负责人,直接参与了新标准的修订,因此本文有很强的针对性和指导性,值得关注。

Safety and Quality of Sewed Plush and Cloth Togs that have been effective since 1993 is now amended, which will become recommendatory national standard. From September 1, the new GB/T 9832-2007 （Plush and Cloth Toys） will be put into practice, prescribing production and sales of the category in respects of product performance and quality.
