摘要
武钢4号高炉(2516m^3)第二代炉役采用了全炭砖水冷薄炉底结构,一代炉役寿命达11年6个月。停炉大修时的破损调查表明,炉底炉缸的破损严重,究其原因主要是采用的普通炭砖质量差。因炭砖质量差,开炉仅1年半,炉基温度就升高到560℃,此后便开始了长达10年的钒钛矿护炉,确保了炉底炉缸的生产安全,炉底炉缸的破损调查结果也表明钒钛矿护炉是富有成效的。
The carbon brick water cooled bottom structure was adopted on the No.4 BF with a working volume of 2 516 m3 at Wuhan Iron & Steel(Group) Co. ,as a result, the second campaign life of No.4 BF reached 11 years and 6 months.The damage investigation after blow-off shows that the bad carbon brick quality should be responsible for the bottom and hearth damage. Owing to the bad carbon brick quality the furnace foundation temperature rose to 560℃ after the BF was blown on just one year and a half. The measure of protecting bottom and hearth with V,Ti-bearing material had being taken for ten years,which was proved to be effective by the damage investigation.
