武钢4号高炉大修改造出铁场系统设计

Design of WISGCO's No.4 BF cast house

武钢4号高炉出铁场系统设计属老系统改造设计,新增了带除尘风道的弧形钢风口平台、D.D.S型全液压泥炮、立柱旋转式电动开铁口机、半贮铁双砂口式快干浇注料主沟等设计项目。高炉投产后的生产实践证明,新设计的出铁场系统达到了改善炉前环境、满足生产需要的目的。

The steel tuyere platform with dust-collection pipe,the D.D.S type hydraulic clay gun, two rotary taphole drills,the semi-stocking type main trough with two skimmers and rapid-drying castable ,and so on are designed for WISGCO's No.4 BF cast house based on the former cast house. The BF production practice shows that the newly-designed cast house can improve the environment and raise the productivity of No. 4 BF.
