摘要
讨论了碳含量对Rene′41合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:合金中碳含量的质量分数约小于0.05%、大于0.10%时,合金的室温塑性和持久寿命均有很大降低,降低的原因主要是形成晶界膜;合金中的碳降低时,还可以促进μ相形成,导致合金脆化。
This paper is concerned with the effects of the carbon content on structure and properties of Rene ′41 alloy. The results show that, at carbon levels lower than 0.05 mass % and greater than 0.10 mass % in the alloy, the room temperature tensile ductility and rupture life greatly reduce. Deterioration is caused mainly by the formation of grain boundary film. And decreased carbon content leads to the formation of μ phase and causes the alloy embrittlement.
