摘要
用CO2激光器对铁—铜基梯度复合粉末冶金压坯进行了激光辐射烧结。在对激光束加热温度场下梯度复合材料各层热膨胀分析的基础上,提出了热应力缓和层的成分设计,并对烧结后的组织和性能进行了研究。
The Fe Cu compacts with a gradient composition were sintered by a CO 2 laser.On the basis of the thermoexpansion analysis of various layers,compositions of stress retaxed layer were designed.The microstructure and properties of these laser sintered materials were studied.
