摘要
试验研究了不同含量的两种碳化钨粉末对镍基自熔合金喷熔层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,碳化钨粉末对喷熔层有显著的增强作用,其中质量分数为50%铸造碳化钨的喷熔层耐磨性约为Ni60喷熔层的9倍、合金高铬铸铁的14倍。从组织上分析了耐磨性升高的原因。
Effect of type and content of WC on the wear resistance of Ni base spray melt layers were studied.The results show that enhancing role of WC on the spray melt layers is quite obvious.The wear resistance of the layer containning 50% cast WC is 9,14 times of Ni 60 and rich Cr alloy cast layer respectively.Its Reasons were discussed.
