摘要
研究了氯化聚氯乙烯(PVG-C)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)与抗冲改性剂 MBS[聚丁二烯(PB)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)及苯乙烯(St)接枝共聚物]的三元共混物的物理力学性能和流变性能。结果表明:共混物的维卡软化点随PVC-C 用量的增加而上升,在 PVG-C/PVC=50/50(质量比)处有一拐点。共混物的拉伸强度、弯曲模量随 PVC-C 用量的增加而提高;而冲击强度和断裂伸长率都随 PVC-C 用量增加而下降。共混物中随 PVC-C 用量增加,塑化能力增强,平衡转矩上升。不同的加工助剂可降低共混物熔体黏度,改善加工性能。
Mechanical properties and rheological behavior of blends of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), chlorinated PVC (PVC-C), and MBS are investigated. The Vicat softening temperature of the blend increased with increasing content of PVC-C. The tensile strength and flexural modulus also increased with increasing content of PVC-C, while the impact strength and elongation at break decreased. In addition, PVC-C increased the equilibrium torque. The melt viscosity of the blends was reduced by the introduction of MBS.
