INTRODUCTION TO COMMISSIONING OF NO.2 CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE IN CONVERTER PLANT OF Guangzhou IRON & STEEL CORPORATION

介绍广钢转炉分厂２号连铸机试车过程中的有关工艺参数、操作、要求、设备结构及设备运行等；指出２号连铸机的主要设备（如结晶器、刚柔性引锭杆、拉矫机、火焰切割机）的优缺点。

This paper introduces process parameters,operation requirements,facility structure and its operation which are related to No,2 continuous casting machine (CCM) in converter plant of Guangzhou iron and steel corporation during commissioning. The advantages and disadvantages of major equipments (such as mould,rigid and flexible dummy bar, withdrawal machine,torch cutter)of No.2 CCM are indicated herein. And also the exposed problems are analyzed and resolved.
