灵杏咳喘胶囊镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental studies on antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of Lingxing Kechuan capsule

目的研究灵杏咳喘胶囊镇咳、祛痰和平喘的药理作用。方法采用小鼠浓氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌法、家鸽气管纤毛运动法及豚鼠组胺-乙酰胆碱引喘法、豚鼠离体气管螺旋条法,观察灵杏咳喘胶囊的镇咳、祛痰与平喘作用。结果灵杏咳喘胶囊各剂量组均能明显延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期及减少3min咳嗽频率,明显增加小鼠酚红排泌量,延长豚鼠的引喘潜伏期,增加鸽气管纤毛运动速度,高、低剂量均有对抗磷酸组胺引起的气管平滑肌张力曲线升高的作用。结论灵杏咳喘胶囊具有明显的镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用。

Objective To study the antitussive, expectorant, and antiasthetic action on pharmacology of Lingxing Kechuan Capsule. Methods The method of amuonia induced cough, phenol red secretion in mouse, the moving speed of the tracheal cilia in pigeons, histamin acetyl - choline indued asthma, and the in vitro tracheal spiral line were used in guinea pig. Effects of Lingxing Kechuan capsule on antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions were observed calming. Results Lingxing Kechuan capsule was able to prolong cough latent period and decrease the freguency of cough in mice caused by ammonia induced cough, increase phenol red secreation in mouse, and prolong asthma latent period in guinea pig. Furthermore, LingXing Kechuan capsule could improve the moving speed of the tracheal cilia in pigeons and inhibit the increasing effects isolated tracheal smoothe muscle tension of guinta pig indued histamine. Conclusion Lingxing Kechuan capsule has antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
