强的松对大鼠马兜铃酸肾病肾组织纤维化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察强的松对马兜铃酸肾病大鼠肾组织纤维化的影响。方法予大鼠关木通水煎剂灌胃12周,制备大鼠马兜铃酸肾病模型20只并随机分为治疗组和非治疗组,治疗组予强的松10mg/(kg.d)水溶液灌胃4周,非治疗组不予治疗,观察4周时未治疗组和治疗组肾组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)表达。结果4周时治疗组较未治疗组血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Scr)明显下降(P<0.05),血红蛋白明显升高(P<0.01);治疗组较未治疗组肾组织TGF-β1、CTGF和FN光密度值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论强的松治疗马兜铃酸肾病可能具有一定作用。 Objective To illustrate the effect of prednisone on the fibrosis of aristolochic acid nephropathy in rat model. Methods 20 rats model of aristolochic acid nephropathy produced by continuous oral with Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis for 12 weeks. All rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: non -therapy group and the therapy group. The therapy group was treated with prednisone 10mg/(kg · d) orally. Renal histology was examined and the change of BUN, serum creatinine, TGF - β1, CTGF and the optical density of FN were observed respectively after 4 weeks. Results Compared with control groups, the levels of BUN, Scr, TGF- β1, CTGF and the optical density of FN were significantly lower in therapy group(P 〈0.05, respective). On the contrary, the hemoglobin was higher in therapy group than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Prednisone can alleviate the fibrosis of aristolochic acid nephropathy rars.
