微生态血粉实验研究

Preparation and application of micro-ecological blood powder

目的利用黄牛血液为主要原料开发具有营养和保健双重生理功能的微生态血粉。方法采取多株益生菌发酵黄牛血液制成的微生态血粉,其粗蛋白含量达35.6%,含益生菌活细胞5×108个/克。结果动物饲养结果表明:微生态血粉在95%的基础日粮中添加5%能提高肉鸡增重6.1%。临床试验表明,微生态血粉对鸡白痢和仔猪白痢的治疗有效率分别达94.5%和89.6%。结论微生态血粉原料丰富,技术流程简单,生产成本低,治疗效果好。

Objective The micro - ecological blood powder was prepared from oxen blood which had been fermented by several kinds of probioties. Methods The crude protein in the prepared micro - ecological blood powder was as high as 35.6%. There were 5.0 × 108 living probioties in 1 g of the micro - ecological blood powder. Results The results of animal feeding experiments showed that when the basic diets supplemented by the micro - ecological blood powder at 5% of the fed chickens and pigs, the weights of the chickens and pigs were increased by 5.5% and 6.1% respectively. The results of veterinary clinic experiments indicated that when the micro - ecological blood powder was applied to treat chickens and piglets suffering from pullorum disease, the cure rates were as high as 94.5% and 89.6%. Conclusion The micro - ecological blood powder had rich source of raw materials, process technology simple, low cost of production and treatment yielded a good result.
