摘要 综述了制备药物纤维的材料和技术以及药物纤维在新型给药系统(DDS)中的应用。分析了目前药物纤维DDS技术存在的问题。药物纤维可分为原料型、天然纤维的后整理型、聚合物型及复合型。其制备方法主要有传统纺丝方法、静电纺丝技术、非织造布技术以及后整理技术。指出中草药纤维的DDS、智能释药纤维DDS及多药多级控释DDS是今后药物纤维DDS研究的方向。 The raw materials and technologies for iatric fiber were reviewed, as was the application of iatric fiber in novel drug delivery system(DDS). The existing problem in DDS technology for iatric fiber was analyzed. The iatric fiber can be classified into raw material type, after-finishing type from natural fiber, polymer type and complex type. The production technologies included traditional spinning process, electrospinning process, non-woven process and after-finishing process. It was pointed out that the DDS development trend be focused on Chinese herb fiber DDS, intelligent releasing iatric fiber DDS and multi-drug multi-stage controlled releasing DDS.
