摘要
分析了尼龙66浸胶帘子布在热处理生产过程中胶皮产生的原因及解决方法。其原因是干燥区温度、湿度、排气量等工艺的控制发生偏差,浸胶液质量劣化,以及生产过程中的杂质等。尼龙66帘子布生产中正确调整干燥区工艺参数,控制浸胶液质量,清洁真空吸嘴及生产现场,可有效避免胶皮的产生。
The generation of vulcanized rubber of nylon66 dipped tire cord fabric and the solution thereof were analyzed during the heat treatment. The reasons included the control error of temperature, humidity and displacement in drying region, the quality deterioration of dip solution and the impurities generation during the production course. The generation of vulcanized rubber can be avoided by rationally adjusting the process parameters in drying region during the production of nylon66 tire cord fabric, controlling the quality of dip solution and cleaning the vacuum suction nozzle and production field.
