摘要
提出了利用有限元计算模型和改进的遗传进化算法获取吸波结构中未知参数层电磁参数的方法。根据电磁参数与多角度入射吸波结构反射率的关系建立有限元正向计算模型,根据自由空间方法搭建的测试系统测量得到相应入射角度下的反射率,并利用遗传优化得到吸波结构中未知参数层的电磁参数。优化过程中采用高斯随机数代替基本遗传算法的均匀平均数,避免陷入局部最优点。与传统的网络参数法相比较,本文提出的方法避免了厚度谐振和多值性问题。
A method was mentioned for getting material parameters of unknown layer in absorber structure by FEM model and evolutional algorithm. Calculating model was founded based on the relation of material parameters and reflection coefficients. Reflection coefficients of different incident-angle were measured with platform based on free space method. And material parameters of unknown layer in absorber structure can be obtained by evolutional algorithm. In the process of evolution, Gauss's random number was used instead of uniform random number, compared with traditional transmission/reflection method. It can avoid to drop into local optim value. The method can avoid the problems of multi-value and thickness resonance.
