摘要
根据微波六端口结的电路拓扑结构,分别用多端口网络的散射矩阵与导纳矩阵之间的关系和特征模法求出其散射矩阵,由两矩阵相等可求出微波六端口结电路的各个参数。利用该方法设计了中心频率为f=2.4GHz的微波六端口结,仿真结果表明,相对带宽为26%,符合宽带设计目标。该方法简单、高效,而且可以通过控制计算精度(Δ|S11|)来实现宽频设计,适合推广到其它多端口网络的设计。
Based on the topology of the six-port junction, the scattering matrix was derived from its admittance matrix, on he other hand, the scattering matrix was derived by eigenmode method. By equating these two scattering matrixes derived from these two scattering matrixes derived from these two different methods, the parameters of its microstrip circuit were determined. A six-port junction with the center frequency of 2.4 GHz is designed and simulated in Serenade, the results indicate its relative bandwidth is 26%, fulfilling the aim of wideband design. This method is simple but very efficient in designing multi-ports networks, and is easy to fulfill wideband design by controlling the calculation precision, so it can be introduced to other multi-ports designs.
