摘要
主要论述了某车载雷达接收系统户外机箱的结构设计形式,着重阐述了该户外机箱的结构组成,机箱内、外部走线方式,并对其防雨、防尘、防盐雾,电磁屏蔽等结构设计进行了充分考虑。同时对接收系统进行了详细热仿真,讨论了机箱内组件模块的不同布局,风道截面的大小对组件模块外壁温度的影响,根据计算结果,选取了最优的设计方案。
This paper mainly discussed the structure design of outdoor case used in the vehicle - born radar receiving system. It were emphasized the frame, the outer and inner lining of the outdoor - receiving - case, and were fully considered the waterproof, dustproof, salt - fog proofing and EMC of it. At the same time, the thermal simulation of receiving system was used to analysis different factors's influence to module outdoor - wall temperature, including arrangement of mudule, and wind section area, and so on. The best design project was selected based on the calculation result.
