摘要
全球化与整合压力使得每个行业的产品研发日益复杂,尤其当企业必须同步日益复杂的多学科研发环境时,其影响更为突出。由于研发工程师通常分散于不同地域,采用不同的工具与应用软件,传统工艺下,使用ECAD的电子工程师无法迅速而全面地掌握使用MCAD的机械工程师的行动,同样,后者亦不能掌握前者情况。软件工程师的操作情况不为电子工程师所知。通过对机电一体化设计中常见问题的归纳和分析,利用变更识别工具,提出了电子和机械设计同步的方法,并进一步扩展到软件设计之中,创建改善沟通和协作的机会,保证准时发布,更高的质量,及更低的研发成本。
Product development is becoming more and more complex under the pressure of financial globaliza- tion and integrating, especially when enterprises must synchronize the increasingly complex multi - disciplinary development environment. Because engineers usually located at different regions and used different tools or design software, in tradition way, electrical engineers using ECAD was hard to know the work of mechanical engineers using MCAD well and truly, while mechanical engineers faced the same problem. Similar things also happened on software engineers. Based on summarizing and analyzing familar and common problems in electromechanical integration design, by using change identify tool, the paper presented a method synchronizing the designs of both electron and machine, which was applied in the design of in - house software. The method could create chances of improving communication and cooperation, and therefore ensure timly release, higher quality, as well as lower cost.
