攀钢重轨用钢质量有待提高

摘要 从提高重轨钢质量的角度,分析阐述了在攀钢现行工艺设备条件下重轨钢的质量现状,指出只有通过技术改造,尽快采用诸如炉外处理、方坯连铸等一系列先进技术,依靠科学合理的设备和工艺做支撑才能切实提高重轨用钢质量,逐步赶上世界一流水平。 With a review to improve the rail steel quality,the present paper il1ustrates the qualitystatus of heavy rail steel based on the current technological conditions at Pangang, pointing outthat only through technical modernization and by adopting a series of advanced technology such assecondary steelmaking and bloom continuous casting with the support of scientific equipment installation and technical process,can the quality of steel for heavy rail be actually improved to catchup with the first class level of the world.
