摘要
传统的石油钻杆探伤主要依靠人工操作,完成整套工序需要大量的人力、物力,且效率低下,不能满足大批管材快速探伤的要求。因此,开发了一种生产效率高,成本低的石油钻杆探伤系统。采用计算机视觉技术结合具体硬件实现了石油钻杆裂纹的自动检测和打标。文章阐述了石油钻杆探伤系统组成与功能,探伤流程,以及用到的关键技术。
Traditional Flaw-detection of oil drill pipe mostly depends on manual operation. It takes a great lot of manpower and material resources to complete entire working procedure with low efficiency which can't fulfill the requirement of fast flaw-detecting of large quantities of oil drill pipes. Therefore the author developed a high produce efficiency and low cost flaw detection system of oil dill pipe. This system which adapts Visual C++6.0 technology and considers material hardware has realized automatic flaw detection and hit symbol on oil dill pipes. This paper narrates some important things such as system constitutions and functions, detection flow and key technologies used in the system.
