基于PCI总线的印品质量检测系统设计实现

Design a quality check System of presswork Based on PCI Bus

为了满足大面积印品多处局部质量检测的需要,提出并实现了一种基于PCI总线多通道高速图像采集系统。系统采用PC机作为采集主控单元,S5933作为PCI总线接口,结合CPLD逻辑控制电路,实现了四通道同时采集和大容量数据的图像处理和存储。软件系统在Windows NT平台上实现,保证了整个系统的安全性与稳定性。

To meet the need of local quality check of huge presswork, we put forward and carried out a new design method based on PCI Bus of multi-channel and high speed acquisition system, which adopted Personal Computer as a main control unit, S5933 as PCI Bus port, combined CPLD logic control circuit, realized four channels synchronization acquisition and image processing, as well as storage of huge capability data . The software system run on Windows NT platform, guaranteed security and stability of the whole system.
