摘要 本文给出了一种强噪声背景下的图像运动目标检测方法。水面波纹和光斑对被监测目标(江面船体)的正确检测产生了极大的干扰,本文在背景实时更新的基础上使用差分法和改进的大津法实现了被监测目标(船舶)和江面背景的分割,从而提高了检测的准确率。 This paper presents a effective method for the image moving object detection in noise background. Water wave and lightspots on the river have considerable influence on the correct detection of the ship on the river, so, with the image difference method and the improved Otsu method, this paper presents an image segmentation method of the river and the ship on the basis of real-time updating background. It enhance the detection accuracy of the ship apart the river.
