摘要
提出了一种用于机械设备振动监测的无线传感器网络节点的设计方法。根据无线传感器网络及振动信号的特点,设计了一种微型低功耗无线振动监测节点,阐述了无线振动监测节点硬件设计思路及无线通讯策略,并在振动监测节点中实现了数学形态等信号分析方法和设备振动状态的智能预警功能。根据该方法设计的监测节点已在工业现场得到初步应用,并可广泛应用于冶金、石化、建筑、桥梁等行业。
A new design method of wireless sensor network (WSN) nodes used in equipment vibration condition monitoring was proposed. According to the features of WSN and vibration signal, a miniature low power node used in equipment vibration condition monitoring was designed. The design of node's hardware and the wireless communication strategy were described in this paper. Meanwhile, mathematical morphology method and intelligent early warning were achieved in the vibration monitoring node . The node designed in this paper was primary used in industrial field, and it can be widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, architecture and bridge.
