摘要
介绍了将水分高达10%～11%、含硫0.86%的八钢磁选铁精矿与高炉返矿、生石灰一起预制粒后,与其它原料混合烧结的一种新工艺。研究表明,采用该工艺,烧结利用系数可提高15.53%,转鼓指数增加3%。该试验研究的成功,为大幅度提高八钢烧结矿产质量开辟了一条新途径。
In this paper,the study on a new sintering process of pre-granulated local magnetic concentrate,which containsof 10%～11% moisture,0.86% sulphur,withBF returned fines and lime is reported.The results show that sinter productivity is increased by 15.53 %,the tumbler index is increased by 3% with this new process.It is new way to improve the production and quality of sinters at Bayi Iron & Steel Co..
