摘要
针对设备故障管理不足,研究开发了一套基于数据库的设备故障语音报警系统,为设备管理人员提供准确的故障特征信息,用语音明确地报警设备发生故障内容。根据故障特征,结合当前维修资源状况,快速制定维修方案和计划。通过以太网方式实现设备底层控制与上层企业管理的无缝连接,达到企业级设备管控一体化。
According to the shortages of equipment management, the fault alarm system of workshop equipment was developed by adopting database. The accurate fault was provided, and was alarmed by voice. The maintenance strategy and planning were fast established based current maintenance resource state. An seamless integrated approach was provided between industry control and enterprise management by adopting industrial internet. The information management goal of enterprise was realized.
